1. How can buyers get catalog?
With powerful help of internet, we do not send printed catalog any more.
We publish most products online. So you may view them on
http://www.china-tiffany.com/catalog.htm.
2. About products material and lamp base finish:
2.1. We use stained glass, copper foil and solder tin to make lamp shade, panels and glass parts of other gifts and decoration articles.
2.2. For lamps base, we use zinc mostly. For some special shapes of lamp base, we use iron or bronze. We use resin lamps base if buyers want cheaper lamps. Zinc bases are very good for tiffany lamps. We do not suggest you use resin as lamps bases although we may produce resin lamps bases qualified too. So without special request from buyers, we use metal (mostly zinc ) bases for lamps.
2.3. Normally, we provide electroplated brass surface finish (TL12070306A as example) and painted brown finish (TL12070306 as example) for you to choose from for any lamp base you are interested in. Nowadays we use
electroplated brass surface finish mostly ( TL12070306A as example ).
3. About products sizes:
On most pictures, we write sizes on. D means diameter; W means width; H means height; L means length. You can also know lamps width from its item number/file number: Take TL16110022 as example, TL means table lamp, 16 is the width of the lamp by inch. The rule is the same for CL (ceiling lamp), FL (floor lamp), WL (wall lamp) and S (shade).
4. About products packing?
4.1. We use single mail order packing for each finished product such as whole lamp or a panel. Importers may sell by post with our packing. We use polyester foam as inner packing and white or gray carton as outer packing. We also attach a photo on each carton for easier identification of inner product. On each carton, we also print item number, carton size, danger caution remarks and shipping mark.
4.2. With special requirements by buyers, we may use mixed packing for smaller cubage purpose, which is suitable for selling in stores but not by post/mail.
4.3. For shades only, we pack 2-8 shades in a carton according to its sizes.
4.4. Packing size: Please check our packing sizes sheets. Before ordering, you may calculate cubage and decide on quantity for each item and whole order according to our packing sizes and price discount policy.
4.5. Container capacity: Usually a full 20' container could fit 28 CBMs of cartons, a full 40' container could fit 56 CBMs of cartons and a full 40' high container could fit 65 CBMs of cartons.
5. About price:
5.1. Price term: Our prices are on FOB Shenzhen or Lianyungang of P.R. China depending on which factory of the the two finish packing of products finally. If you want CIF or CFR prices, we may quote shipping cost or courier cost and insurance cost if we arrange the shipping and insurance.
5.2. Our strategy is to sell in lowest prices among all suppliers and produce in VERY MASS quantity. So it your strategy is selling in cheap prices too, we have the same idea and may cooperate for long. Our prices are the same globally for any buyer.
5.3.1 Minimum order quantity and discount policy for WHOLE lamps: We do not limit Min Order Quantity. But we give different prices according to quantity per item, since cost rusults from defferent quantity of each item VERY MUCH. We hope buyers understand it. For quantity of 20-49 PCs per item, we give our ORGINAL PRICE. If the quantity is 1-2 PCs per item, the price is 2.25 times of the original price; If it is 3-5 PCs/item, 2.0 times; if 6-9 PCs/item,1.75 times; if 10-14 PCs/item, 1.5 times; if 15-19 PCs/item, 1.25 times;20-49 PCs/item, ORGINAL PRICE; if 50-99 PCs/item, 98.5%;if 100-249 PCs/item, 97%;if 250-499 PCs/item, 95.5%;if 500-999 PCs/item, 94%;if 1,000+ PCs/item, 92.5%.

Minimum order quantity and discount policy for ONLY lamp base: If the quantity is 1-5 PCs per item, the price is 1.5 times of the original price; If it is 6-19 PCs/item, 1.25 times; if 20-399 PCs/item, ORGINAL PRICE; if 400-999 PCs/item, 97.5%;if 1,000+ PCs/item, 95%.
5.3.2 For the in stock products( on pages of http://www.china-tiffany.com/tiffany-store-1.htm etc.), we give special discount policy: 1.25 times of original price for quantity below 20 PCs/item; for quantity over 20 PCs per item, the policy is the same as the above. The in stock products are produced with big orders producing and are most hot items sold to US and Europe etc. We suggest buyers select from them for small orders or test orders.
5.3.3 We give 2% discount for 40' or 45' full container order.
5.4. Handling fee: If the order amount is below USD 1,000 and shipped by sea or air by not courier, we collect USD150 as handling fee such as customs applying etc. and USD 100 for order of USD1000-USD2, 000. For order over USD 2,000, we do not collect any handling fee. We have to pay similar customs fees for each order, so please understand we must collect the fee addtionally for small order, otherwise we have no profit at all since our profit is always kept lowest though you are new buyers of ours.
5.5. Our reward policy on total buying amount per Half Year:
5.5.1. If using Seller's logos or marks as logo on cartons and lamps and the total amount reaches
RMB100,000(US$13.333), 1.5% of the total amount will be rewarded; RMB200,000(US$26,667),
2.0%; RMB400,000(US$53,333), 2.5%; RMB700,000(US$93,333), 3.0% ; RMB1,100,000(US$146,667),
3.5% ; RMB1,600,000(US$213,333), 4.0% ; RMB2,200,000(US$293,333), 4.5%;
over RMB3,000,000(US$400,000), 5.0%. We will also built a webpage such as www.tofactories.com/us12345(if 12345 is your post code) pubishing all your photos of products,prices and other info you want to help you sell since a lot of retailers often visit our homepages hoping to buy directly. We will forward all inquiries in you selling area to you and give you sole agenting right as our coopeartion goes on and larger. 5.5.2. If using buyer’s logo
or no logo on cartons and lamps and the total amount reaches RMB100,000(US$13.333),
0.3% of the total amount will be awarded; RMB200,000(US$26,667), 0.4%; RMB400,000(US$53,333),
0.5%; RMB700,000(US$93,333), 0.6% ; RMB1,100,000(US$146.667), 0.7% ; RMB1,600,000(US$213.333),
0.8% ; RMB2,200,000(US$293.333), 0.9%; over RMB3,000,000(US$400,000), 1.0%.
5.5.3. All reward money will be calculated at the end of June and Dec. and deducted from next order.
5.5.4. First beginning orders of not enough for half year will be added for next half year.
6. What is our sample policy?
We do not provide free samples for any buyer. Since we do not limit minimum order quantity, we sell samples according to prices policies too.
7. About shipping:
7.1. If you order few lamps or samples, we may send to you by courier such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or TNT directly to your door.The shipping time on
the way needs less than a week. It is also the fastest way but the cost is high. We collect products and courier cost in advance. We list the approximate courier prices here. You may easily calculate the approximate courier cost by yourself. Actual cost may be different and usually lower. We will quote after you decide on samples and quantity..
7.2. Usually we ship by sea. The cost depends on cubage and your destination port. We suggest strongly you order full container for more ecnomical consideration for you. Usually it needs about 30-35 days to ship from China to US or Europe.
7.3. If you order more and need lamps urgently, we may ship by air.The shipping time on the way needs about 10 days. Shipping by air is less expensive than shipping by courier but you have to clear customs at your destination airport.
8. What does a buyer should do before or when contacting us?
8.1. Please decide on items and approximate quantity per item you want to order and give us the item numbers and quantity. It is suggested you fit a full container.
8.2. Please decide on lamp base material (metal or resin) and surface finish (electroplated brass surface finish or painted brown finish).Without requirement on it , we will use best zinc alloy lamp bases and electroplated brass surface finish
8.3. Please tell what kind of approval you need for lamps (UL, CE, BS, CSA, SAA or T-MARK).
8.4. Please let us know packing requirement. Without special requirement, we all provide mail order packing. Please tell you prefer white carton or gray carton. Without requirement on it, we will use gray color carton.
8.5. Please tell if we can print our trademark China-Tiffany.com on each carton, which will help your selling at your area since we usually supply to only one importer in the same area. If you want to use your logo, please tell us or let us know your shipping mark on carton.
8.6. Please let us know delivery time you wish. So we may plan in advance. We always
have a lot of orders being produced simultaneity especially during busy
seasons.
8.7. If you need us to arrange shipping or courier, please let us know destination sea port or airport and detailed door address for
courier. So we may quote shipping cost accordingly. If you do not need us to arrange shipping, please let us know your forwarder contact info.
9. What shall we do after receiving your emails?
9.1.
We will quote prices in 3 working days for our products online. For custom products,
we will quote only approximate prices and the final correct prices for
custom products can only be given after samples are designed and made.For custom design for you, you need send
us picture or samples. Samples are always most appreciated since we may
surely copy the same for you. We inspect and protect your copy rights of
custom designs.
9.2. We will suggest again the quantity according to cubage of a full container.
9.3. We will quote shipping cost.
9.4. We will give delivery time.
10. How long is our delivery time usually?
Usually we ship in 35 days. For consistent container orders, we may ship a 40' container in 5 days. Too many items with little quantity will result in longer time producing.Big orders are always welcomed any time.
11. What is our payment term?
By full T/T in advance for the amount below USD 5,000; for the larger amount, by L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance and the balance upon scanned copy of B/L. If the amount is less than USD 500, you may also send by paypal.com to our account payment@effortinc.com.

Actually most suppliers of tiffany in China you may search on internet are personal traders and have no registered companies so they have no company accounts in P.R. China. In P.R. China a registered company pays a lot to government and have to spend a lot of energy too on it but it is safer for buyers especially oversea. It is not safe to do business with personal traders since China’ government can not administrate them or punish them. They do business like this: they have no registered companies and forwarder apply to customs using other registered companies’ names and give them BL with those personal fake name as shipper, which is illegal and China’a government can hardly administrate them or punish them if they cheat you. We did find some personal traders try to cheat buyers using our factory and company names. But if you do not pay to personal bank accounts or overseas accounts, they can hardly cheat you successfully in the end. Of course we do not mean all personal traders cheat buyers though they can easliy do.Some personal traders can supply in lower prices since they need not pay some goverment fees and duties.
